  • View Range
    • associated Level: Base of Footings looking UP for Main floor, T.O. Sheathing main floor for Upper floor
    • Cut Plane: Cut through foundation walls looking up, set view limits high enough to see walls above

Lables/ Notes

  • Floor sheathing thickness and nailing pattern
  • Note any joist rollout obstacles to avoid (toilet flanges generally)
  • Hangers
  • Crawlspace access point (if through floor)
  • Supporting posts

Dimensions

  • Cantilevers, from face of core of support to outside edge of framing
  • Span of each framing rollout, including intermediate supports along the way
  • Openings in floor, if any (such as stairs, crawlspace access, laundry chutes)
