This development project is currently the first of its kind in the City of Renton. This short plat subdivided 2 existing parcels into 9 lots with a main house and a backyard cottage proposed for each.
- Subdivide 2 existing vacant parcels into 9 lots. Draft site plan to situate each house (plans per Adair or Hiline Homes) and ADU (plans per Hiline Homes) on every lot.
- Submit permit application materials for each lot and manage process through permit issuance
- Select exterior paint color schemes per City of Renton development requirements
- Select interior finishes and create a mood board presentation for marketing
- Provide consultation on architectural, interior design and development questions as needed
